If you’re like me, you want to spend more time with the family and less time in the kitchen on holiday mornings. Between egg hunts, baskets, and getting everyone ready for church, Easter morning can be a busy time! The last thing I want to do is wake up earlier to spend lots of time in the kitchen.
Instead, I rely on brunch recipes I can prepare in advance. Many of these recipes are either wholly made in advance and just served or reheated in the morning. Those that aren’t, are mostly prepared in advance and need only a few minutes of day-of preparation. Most of that involves things you can do while setting the coffee pot to brew!
