Chocolate Peppermint Sandwich Cookies

Chocolate Peppermint Sandwich Cookies - a perfect holiday twist on a childhood favorite cookie! * Recipe on GoodieGodmother.com

In just a few hours, we turn our calendars to the month of December, which means that the holidays are officially here and it’s cookie season! Everyone to the kitchen! Naturally, this happened right as I stopped taking orders and became a food blog, so I play with this technique mostly in my “free time”.
